Nanjiang Shu

Nanjiang holds a PhD in protein bioinformatics from Stockholm University. He also has several years of postdoctoral research experience focusing on method development in areas such as multiple sequence alignment, membrane topology prediction, and protein evolution.

Since 2014, at NBIS, Nanjiang has worked as a bioinformatician and system developer. He works on projects for both national life science researchers and international collaborative initiatives, such as FEGA (Federated EGA) and GDI (Genomic Data Infrastructure).
