Biography
Fredrik is support project coordinator with main expertise in mass spectrometry-based proteomics. He has been supervising and working hands on in multiple projects involving quantitative omics data integration in different domains, and was previously involved in creating data standards for proteomics through the HUPO-PSI. At the European level he has been representing NBIS in several ELIXIR projects within the proteomics area. He has a part-time role in NBIS.
