Biography
I've been doing programming for multiple decades and enjoy teaching and (actually!) practicing the best practices in mostly C++, R and Python.
As a bioinformatician, I've experience with Bayesian phylogenetics (especially BEAST2 and the R package 'babette') and epitope prediction in immunology.
I care about Open Science, among other reproducible research. I am one of the team members of Open Science Uppsala, the Open Science community in Uppsala
