Biography
Currently working as a Bioinformatics scientist in Health and Clinical Team at NBIS. After pursuing PhD from Uppsala university, worked as postdoc at various institutes like KTH Sweden, UoFM Canada, KI Sweden. My core interest is to understand the disease mechanism of diseases such as cancer and metabolic disorders using various omics like single cell, bulk RNA-seq, DNA methylation, Chip-seq etc and to further integerate the data to have better understanding of the underlying biology of these diseases.
