Research support

I am a bioinformatician in the Evolution and Biodiversity team working primarily on genome assembly and annotation projects, including projects under the umbrella of the European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA).

Teaching

At NBIS, in addition to working on bioinformatics support projects, I have also been involved in training either as a teaching assistant (Introduction to Bioinformatics using NGS data, Raukr: Advanced R for Bioinformatics), course leader (R Programming Foundations for Data Analysis), or as an advisor to PhD students (Swedish Bioinformatics Advisory Program).
