Yuan Li

I have a background in biology and a PhD in the field of molecular evolutionary genetics at the Biology department from Lund University. I worked as postdoctoral researcher at the computational biology and biological physics group at the theoretical physics department at Lund University. I then did a short project on algorithm development for single cell data analysis at BRIC, Copenhagen University. I later on worked as a bioinformatian at the Biomedical Center, Lund university, performed single cell/bulk transcriptomics data analysis on neural development and Leukemia for two research groups. I joined the health and clinical research team at NBIS, March 2023, during my stay at NBIS, I have been working on different interesting projects in the field of single cell RNAseq, proteomics and bulk RNAseq.
