We have now signed the Federated European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) Collaboration Agreement and have formally joined the Federated EGA collaboration.
We are very pleased to reach this milestone after several years of development. The FEGA Sweden node can now enter a new era of sharing sensitive biomedical data contributing to a more FAIR landscape for research on genomes and phenotypes in Europe.
The Federated EGA Sweden node is a NBIS service. The deployed service software is a result of our long standing collaboration between the Nordic ELIXIR Nodes in the series of NeIC Tryggve and Heilsa projects and our Central EGA partners EMBL-EBI and CRG.
This achievement would not have been possible without our great colleagues and collaborators!
