Open position: Bioinformatician Uppsala

NBIS has an opening for a bioinformatician with a strong background in sequence-based bioinformatics. The position is based in Uppsala.

Work duties will involve eukaryotic genome annotation, but could also, depending on the qualifications of the applicant, include other subjects such as metagenomics or comparative genomics. Responsibilities include running analyses, communication with clients, staying aware of current developments in the field, writing reports, and teaching.
