spatial transcriptomics, single cell, RNASeq
Stefania received her PhD in Genomics from University of Udine, Italy in 2012. Her graduate studies focused on population genetics and comparative genomics analyses in plants. She arrived to Sweden in 2013 for her postdoctoral training and worked both on molecular biology aspects related to technology development and transcriptome analysis of plant and human RNASeq data. Stefania joined NBIS in 2016 as part of the bioinformatics long term support team and now focuses on spatial transcriptomics and single-cell data analyses.
