Betül got her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Molecular Biology & Genetics in Turkey. She is studying for another Master’s degree in Decision Analysis and Data Science at Stockholm University.
Previously, she worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Molecular Biology and Genetics Department at Üsküdar University. Then, she began to work as a Research Engineer at the Center for Medical Image Science and Visualization (CMIV) at Linköping University.
Betül has been working as a developer in the Synthetic Genetic Data Generation Project at CMIV. She is also responsible for data sharing in Analytical Imaging Diagnostics Arena (AIDA) Data Hub, a collaboration arena supporting research and innovation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in medical imaging diagnostics at CMIV.
